1. Service description
GetOnwardPass is operated by First Class Digital LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #34721, Casper, WY 82609, USA. GetOnwardPass books confirmed flight reservations through an accredited travel-agency partner. You receive a real booking reference (PNR) verifiable with the airline. Reservations are temporary bookings, not purchased tickets, and expire after 48–72 hours. Departure dates must be at least 10 days and at most 9 months from the date of booking. Your exact flight and airline are assigned when the reservation is placed.
2. Payment & fees
Our flat service fee is $14 per passenger (adults and children). Infants travel free. All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card details.
3. Refund policy
Because reservations are confirmed within seconds of payment, we generally cannot offer refunds once a booking reference is delivered. If we fail to confirm your booking, we refund in full within 5–7 business days.
4. Reservation validity
Reservations are valid 48–72 hours from booking. Verify your booking reference on the airline's website at any time.
5. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for ensuring all passenger details are accurate and match your travel documents exactly.
6. Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your reservation.
7. Free requirement checker
Our onward-ticket checker gives general information based on official government sources, with the date we last checked them. It is not legal or immigration advice. Entry rules change, and airlines and immigration officers make the final decision, so always confirm with the official sources before you travel. We are not responsible for decisions made by airlines or immigration authorities.
