GetOnwardPass ("we", "us") is a flight booking confirmation service at getonwardpass.com. Contact: support@getonwardpass.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect your name, email address, and passenger names when booking. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type) for security. We never collect or store payment card details — all payments are handled by Stripe.
3. How we use your information
We use your data to: process your booking, send your confirmation email, provide customer support, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with: Duffel (flight bookings), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), and Resend (email). We never sell or rent your data.
5. Data retention
We retain booking records for 3 years for legal compliance, then permanently delete them. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies for security and session management. No advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Email support@getonwardpass.com to exercise any right.
8. Security
We use TLS/SSL encryption in transit and encrypted storage at rest. All payments are handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1).
