Refund Policy

1. Nature of the service
GetOnwardPass provides confirmed flight reservations delivered digitally and immediately upon payment. The service is fulfilled instantly at the moment of purchase.
2. General no-refund policy
All sales are final once a booking reference has been successfully delivered to your email address. By completing payment, you acknowledge the digital service has been fully performed.
3. When we issue a full refund
We will issue a full refund if: (a) we fail to deliver a valid booking reference within 30 minutes; (b) the booking reference is invalid or not verifiable on the airline website at time of delivery; (c) a technical error caused a duplicate charge; (d) you were charged an incorrect amount.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@getonwardpass.com with your booking email, the reference received, and a description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
