GetOnwardPass books confirmed flight reservations through Duffel's airline API. You receive a real booking reference verifiable on the airline's website. Reservations are temporary bookings, not purchased tickets, and expire after 48–72 hours.
Our flat service fee is $14 per reservation. All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card details.
Because reservations are confirmed within seconds of payment, we generally cannot offer refunds once a booking reference is delivered. If we fail to confirm your booking, we refund in full within 5–7 business days.

GetOnwardPass ("we", "us", "our") is a flight booking confirmation service operated at getonwardpass.com. We provide confirmed flight reservations for travel documentation purposes. For privacy questions, contact us at [email protected].
We collect information you provide directly when making a booking: your full name, email address, and the names of any additional passengers. We also collect flight search data (origin, destination, travel date) and standard technical data (IP address, browser type, device type) for security and analytics purposes. We do not collect or store payment card details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc.
We use your personal data to: (a) process and fulfil your booking reservation; (b) send your booking confirmation and PDF itinerary by email; (c) provide customer support; (d) detect and prevent fraud; (e) comply with our legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
We share your data only with the following third-party service providers who are contractually bound to protect it: Duffel Technologies Ltd (flight booking API), Stripe, Inc. (payment processing), Supabase Inc. (database infrastructure), Resend Inc. (transactional email). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any other party.
We retain your booking records for a maximum of 3 years for legal and accounting compliance, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected], subject to any legal retention obligations.
We use only essential cookies necessary for the service to function (session management, security). We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we only deploy strictly necessary cookies.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"); object to or restrict processing; data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms to ensure adequate protection of your data.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/SSL encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls. All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security.
Our service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

GetOnwardPass provides confirmed flight reservation bookings delivered digitally and immediately upon payment. Because our service is fulfilled instantly — your booking reference is generated and emailed within seconds of payment — it is classified as a digital service that is fully performed at the moment of purchase.
All sales are final once a booking reference (PNR) has been successfully delivered to your email address. By completing payment, you acknowledge that the digital service has been fully performed and you expressly waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation under consumer protection laws that permit such waiver for immediately-fulfilled digital services (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and equivalent regulations).
We will issue a complete refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days if any of the following occur: (a) we fail to deliver a valid booking reference within 30 minutes of payment; (b) the booking reference we deliver is invalid, expired before delivery, or not verifiable on the airline's official website at the time of delivery; (c) a technical error on our part results in a duplicate charge; (d) you were charged an incorrect amount due to a pricing error on our platform.
We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds, where applicable, are issued for the full amount paid. No partial credit or service credit is offered in lieu of a monetary refund.
Booking reservations are valid for 48–72 hours from the time of booking, depending on the airline. Expiry of the reservation after successful delivery does not constitute grounds for a refund. It is your responsibility to use the reservation within its validity window.
You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names and contact information at the time of booking. Refunds are not issued due to errors in passenger details entered by the customer. Please review all details carefully before completing payment.
If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer or bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to provide evidence of service delivery to dispute the chargeback. We encourage customers to contact us directly at [email protected] before taking any payment dispute action — we resolve legitimate issues promptly.
To request a refund under section 3, email [email protected] with your order email address, the booking reference received, and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Refunds are returned to the original card or payment method used at checkout. GetOnwardPass does not store any card details. Stripe's terms of service apply to all payment transactions.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. If you are an EU or UK consumer, you retain all rights afforded to you under relevant consumer legislation, to the extent that they cannot be excluded by contract.
